How can I help support this community event?
Join us! Whether you take one lap around the track or many, this event is fun for everyone!
- Create your own team!
- Sponsor the survivor dinner or a portion of the dinner.
- Sponsor a pancake breakfast.
- Come serve pancakes.
- Sponsor a spaghetti dinner or provide pizza.
- Provide the sound system.
- Set up a donation station at your place of business.
- Place forms for luminaria sales and survivor registration at your place of business.
- Help paint the town purple!
- Put together our program of sponsors to be distributed at Relay.
- Mark off campsites (landscaping company?)
- Help set up the Relay
- Help clean up after Relay
- Provide tables and/or chairs for survivors tent, luminaria sales, and registration.
- Provide any or all of the materials for the luminaries…

- Purchase a Luminaria for someone whose life has been affected by cancer!
- Help sell Luminaria at the Relay.
- Sponsor the grounds crew or janitorial staff required for the event.
- Share the name and address of a survivor to invite to the opening lap at Relay.
- Pass out an invitation to a survivor.
- Help sign in and greet survivors at Relay.
- Decorate the survivor’s tent.
- Provide a golf cart to help aide those survivors who need assistance.
- Provide paper products (plates, napkins, cups, etc.) or silverware.
- Provide beverages for the event (coffee, soda, etc.)
