TEAM CAPTAINS
Looking for a way to jump start your teams fundraising?
We are currently looking for local businesses to sponsor Relay For Life. There are many different sponsorship levels, all offering great advertising incentives! Why not go out into your community and ask the local restaurants and stores to get involved? All money donated for sponsorship will go directly towards you and your teams fundraising goals!
Four documents are listed below to help you seek sponsorships in your community. The first is a letter designed to inform the local business with general Relay For Life information. You can either print the letter as is, or update it with your own contact information. Please note the Tax ID# in the top right corner. This is the number a business can use to write off the charitable donation.
The second document lists the sponsorship levels for Relay. For only $250 a company can get their name on the back of our t-shirt that will be distributed to all the participants! We have close to 400 signed up so far! This is a great way to advertise locally and at the same time, support a great cause!
The third document lists additional ways a business can help support the Relay For Life without donating money. Everything from paper products to sand is needed to pull this event off!
Finally, everyone at the Relay will receive a program book. You can sell ad space within the book of different sizes at all different price levels. Companies can even include a coupon!
